Captain Harley has spent his time working on sailboats, government research vessels, fishing/crabbing vessels, SCUBA diving vessels, and high-end luxury yacht charters. His experience as a Captain ranges from 10ft sailing vessels to 130ft yachts and everything in between. His goal is to share that knowledge he has learned to everyone who wants to learn the "how to's" of the industry.
